Most AI models claim to have a 1M-token context window, but in practice, after you upload a few files and have several rounds of conversation, the AI starts to forget the original documents.

All art, to me, is about escaping reality. The best works do this by creating unreal worlds that feel real—worlds we can truly live within.

When I designed Lemona, I had one goal: help creators build complete worlds, rich in details. Think about the works you love most—they feel alive because every corner, every detail connects.

We originally developed this software for ourselves, but our friends found it useful for office and research work, so we decided to release it for free. Anyone who struggles with the limited effective context window of current AI models can download it and simply use their own API key.

In our case, after a month of working with 20+ technical books and research papers (over 200M tokens in total), each hundreds of pages long, using Gemini 3 Flash, the total cost was around $50.
